The oil return line will thread into the drain plug bolt hole in the oil pan, same as the greddy turbo kit for the Rx-8. Again not the best route, as you will be heating the oil, but easiest and most cost effective. The line would come assembled, and would fit both s4/s5 cars. Thanks for the pointer on the s5 turbo.
Yeah, with a S4 the only thing that hits the frame is the wastegate bracket, but you can grind/cut most part of the 'squared' edge that sticks out further away and it'll fit just fine, the problems I had with ACV plates is that they were too wide and would hit the compressor housing, and I had to grind the plate itself down and use a very very small headed screw to hold that corner in place. Other than that, it works out well, though I don't know if a hybrid will fit, if I remember the compressor housing was larger on my BNR and didn't fit at all, but it's just something to check

I do make a to4 manifold that will fit the n/a motor. Proper oil lines to me means hardlines with small section of TFE hose for flex. That route is expensive and time consuming. We also sell a nice fuel pump, but the pump alone is $1200, and requires hardlining your entire system.

Again thanks for the pointers.

On a side note, didn't I sell you a used n/a engine about 3 years ago? If so is that motor still running?

$1200 for a fuel pump!? What in the world are the specs on that thing? Unless you mean $200?

Yes you did! That's the engine that's sitting in my '87 Sport right now, still kicking with a BNR Stage 4 bolted on the side of it, made 406rwhp the last I dyno'd it. That damn thing REFUSES to die! (I've put at least another 30-40k miles ontop of what was already on it)
