guages giving abnormal readings

guages giving abnormal readings
1. First off the fuel guage will read full when i start the car and then trickle down to the actual amount or zero after a bit. any ideas?
2. Temp guage isn't working, always reads zero, checked the sender on the engine.
3. off subject, but what is the best way to install s5 foglights onto a s4 with s5 front bumper?
