Angry GT-R GT-X? Sorry guys ya'll lost me......

Whats all the talk of GT-R and GT-X? I thought they were just called GTU, GXL, GTUs, TII and the other ones I don't feel like writing. How do I find out what mine is?
1990 GTU
1986-88 TII (don't have it yet but I'm getting the money)

Ignore all the talk about GT-R and GT-X - all of it is WRONG.&nbsp It was a myth perpetuated a long time ago from the old TeamFC3S.ORG list due to a misunderstanding.&nbsp They are actually trim models in Japan that have NOTHING to do with years...

It's just trim levels.&nbsp If you don't know what I mean by "trim levels", it's just a fancy way of saying different options.&nbsp I bet the GT-R was a stripped down version with very little options; the GT-X verson was probably fully loaded - sunroof, power locks, power mirrors, power steering, ABS, etc.&nbsp Remember, all FC's in Japan are TURBO models - no NA's.&nbsp All the Turbo II's in the US (and North America) were basically fully loaded models with very few options; the short options list was basically ABS (Zenki), power locks, and power steering.&nbsp The specs on the GT-R versus GT-X are identical - the only thing different is about 200# of weight (GT-X is heavier), otherwise the power and dimesion specs are identical.
