Wink Gsl-se Injectors On Tii Motor Question

I have a turbo II mtor with 550's on it i jus got a hold of two 680's off a gsl-se questions is could i just throw the 680's on with no problem or do i have to change the resistor box's on the injectors please help me thank you.

Put 'em in the secondary spots. I assume you have a early series four with the solenoid resistor package below the afm/filter area. No changes have to be made to the resistor package. Those gsl=se are low impedence.

sorry in advance for jacking the thread
I have an 88 TII. I know I`ll have to add resistors in series to make the low impd. 680cc compatable with my system. What size resistors (ohms and watt). My pair of injectors came back from WitchHunter as "OK". One flows 704cc the other flows 724cc. The 3% differance is "supposed" to still be okay.

Also just another dumb question. I have not gotten my Megasquirt quite ready to install in the TII yet. Are the larger secondaries going to work right with the stock ECU.

10 Ohm, 10W.

Larger secondaries work fine with the stock ECU but with no way to control them, you may run rich at times.

Please don't hijack threads.

For the original poster, the answer will depend on the year of your car. 86-87.5 won't need resistors, but any cars newer then that will.
