Fixed my vac leaks and I still cant get an idle.
I adjusted all the screws and the tps and I still get a rolling idle.
Now I can get it to go down to about 1100 after I blip the throttle a few times .. but it goes right back up after a stop if I dont blip it a couple times again.
I think it has something to do with the throttle getting stuck ... errr this is driving me nuts.
At one point I adjusted it perfect so it hit 750rpm at idle .. but after adjusting it and blipping the throttle it went right back up to about 1300-1500 and started rolling again.

If its a steady idle thats high - a sticky TB or throttle plate set is a possibility. If it hunts or modulates at all then its an air metering issue - be it un metered air (vac leak) or bac problems.
Are you still running emissions?
