might try a dab of lithium grease on the latch catches.

Or...

get a dab of engine oil of the floor of your garage and transfer it to the catches

What???? no oil on your floor? I thought you had an FC!

It's easiest with two people, and even easier if one of the two is a dwarf.

The problem is that there are two latches and you need to get them both working together...hence the dwarf, who will be inside the rear deck to watch what's going on.
With the carpet pulled away to expose the latch assemblies, close the hatch and then the inside person watches while the outside person pushes down on the hatch.
You can then try to make both latches engage and hold the loops down equally.

It sounds harder than it is.
Unless neither of you are dwarfish, then someone is going to be rather uncomfortable...

What you could also do is to lay in the back of the car while on your back as someone else drives you around especially over some bumpy roads. While doing so press upward on the glass hatch to see if this stops the sound, rattle, squeak. If it does, an "easy fix" is to put a piece on weather stripping on top of the hatch seal near the corner and the rattle will disappear.
