Grounding Points

Hey I was wondering where are the best place on the engine for grounding points?

From: NY, MA, MI, OR, TX, and now LA or AZ!
I used one of the primary fuel rail bolts, and ran one off the front cover.

Best grounding points? I have them:

-From - terminal to Leading Coil Pack
-From - terminal directly to stock Engine Ground (behind and under Oil Filter)
-From Firewall to top of Motor
-From Firewall to TB
-From ECU to bolts retaining bracket found at the Firewall.

All these were replaced with 4 gauge wire (except ECU connection used 8 gauge) and gold plated ring terminal connectors.

I get no secondary Fuel Injector hesitation even w/o the pill/orfice found In the air line at the Pressure Sensor.
