Ground for the fuel pump on 88 S/4 -- where is it located

Ground for the fuel pump on 88 S/4 -- where is it located
...this isn't the one on top of the fuel pump body on the tank...but the one that is supposed to be inline somwhere in the rear section of the body...

It's ground number twenty five. That is located more or less near the right tail light assy. You can't miss it. Single black wire held to the metal with a 10mm size bolt, or was it a nut? One or the other.
