I found that there is not a good setting on AGX shocks with coilovers. They are not good enough quality shocks to handle much more than a stock spring rate. IMHO they are just fancy street shocks and fall VERY short when it comes to performance with high spring rates. They will probably do ok for just agressive street driving but I consider mine to be terrible on a track.

But like most of you I am on a budget thus I am stuck with the AGX shocks until I can afford some Koni race or Advance Design shocks.
