Grinding Tranny?

Ok i usually play my music pretty loud so i never hear anything but the other day i had it off when i was driving and when in gear ad giving the car gas i heard thing like grinding/scratching noise. it's pretty loud in 2nd 3rd and 4th for some reason in 1st and 5th i don't really hear it too much. i know my synchro is pretty much shot for 3rd but i don't think that would cause it for the other gears also. i just put synthetic tranny oil about 2 months ago so i don't think i would be low on oil or in need of changing it. i'm not sure if it could be the gears or possibly something with the clutch. although my clutch feels fine most of the time but sometimes it's incosistnt. my clutch pressure seems to change a little bit based on the weather and how hard i'm driving it. has anyone else ever had this problem and do you guys know what it might be?

Probably your syncros. If pilot bearing were bad you would have difficulty shifting, esp. into reverse. The syncros just wear out, even if you ran synthetic from the time it was new. Putting synthetic in after the damage is done, it won't correct it.
Looks like a rebuild or get another trans.
