Alright for those who have done it:

a) How long did it take you?
b) How long would a good mechanic take to install it?
c) Any cooling issues?
d) Does the re-bar HAVE to be removed? I don't think I'll pass safety (or the insurance inspection) without it.

Took me 2 days to install, mainly because I kept running out of dremel discs and it was cold as *****. You asked about removing the "re-bar" is that the actual bumper? I removed my bumper but I'm not 100% positive you have to. Check out cymfc3s I believe his name is on here. He had pics of the install on his site. Also 1fastT2 had pics too.
