Sound likes a cat being thrown into a tree shredder. Kidding. I have one.
I'm not sure if other Greddy owners experience this but I can get 3 sounds out of mine. Text sound effects aren't my strong point so you'll have to bear with me. When i'm at idle, i get something like a "oooosh". I'll rev up to 5k or so and just let go of the pedal. When I'm driving around i get something like a "pshh" sound. since there's more air coming out and i shift relatively quick. short and sweet and not really noticeable. And if i left off the gas really slow i can get it to go "pssshheeeuuuuuu". It usually freaks people out when i come up next to them especially if i'm on their left. the bov sits more on the passenger side of the engine compartment near the wheel well so having 5psi come rushing out can be heard by drivers in the right lane.
I have no complaints. You do run a little rich(er) after the installation.

my buddy works at big als exhaust so we used the flanges that came with it and welded it to some exhaust piping equal to the stock size, then plugged the intake hole with a big bolt and some gasket seal

i got one, i like it. It does have a variety of sounds. It can have kinda a swoosh-whistle sound at low boost, a lil higher gets you the pssh sound. and i noticed my car runs a lil different also.

if you want the loudest on the market this isnt it, but this is a GOOD sounding one, so it depends if you want a crazy loud noise or just a good one
