GReddy Turbo Timer

This turbo timer came with my RX-7 when I got it, not sure what model it is or anything.
It says GReddy at the top left, is about 1" tall, has the power button on the left, a LCD screen, then a "Select" and "Time" button.
I got it to work a few times, but I think it was just luck.
Anyone know exactly how to use this Timer, and what all the functions are?
I think there is one that senses how hard/long you've been driving and calculates a cool-down time according to that.
