Anybody use this? (Greddy E-manage Ultimate)
Will it control a 13bRE sequential turbos?

well it DOES work wonders.......but its not a standalone

I have only installed the unit and yet to have the car running with the T04-S.....so I can't comment on the tuning capabilities of it

but there is no doubt in my mind that of the available options for piggy back unit - the Emanage truly is the king
