The great wing hunt

Ok, so I'm sick of looking at my bleek *** stock wing. I dont like metal wings, and I sure as hell aint gonna go with some HUGE as SHOOOOOOOGUN wing. I want a wing like the knightsports model pictured below but those things are nastily out of control in the price factor.
now, erebuni sells these "universal GTR wings" that look kinda similar to the style I'm shooting for. Pic below.

now, does anyone have suggestions, comments, fruits to throw, or ideas? Cause mainly I'm not sure as to how to go about getting the fitment for the wing.

The Knightsports wing is a killer... I will be seeking one as soon as I can get myself and FC... It looks very smooth almost like the wing on the FD3S Type R Bathurst...

I think I remember hearing of a shop producing replicas, I'm not sure though...

I really dont care if it was a replica or not. I WANT THAT WING! Or one like it. Cause when I get the corkport type II kit it will be the perfect finishing touch next to my new Brilliant Black paint and black five stars with the polished lip. I'm sick of my car looking like crap. I need to start giving her a lil TLC on the outside. I'm thinking the white wing(the middle pic) will work. I dunno, what do yall think?

Personally, nah... Keep searching, I know there's a replica, just push to find it...

Best of luck, if you choose to find it.

Oh I will find it. One day, someone will make a replica. And I will be there. Cash in hand...er....maybe not cash in hand then and there, BUT I will get it.

heh i was thinking the same thing... i mean those spoilers DO say UNIVERSAL..but its not really for every application especially with the small space on the rear of the FC...
i was thinking some spoilers from 240 fastback would work
btw here is a site i found..but no price is listed and u have to call
http://www.aerodyne.net/run/fc3s-1.htm
but it does have a single flap spoiler ..

That's pretty close... I wish I had a better pic of the KnightSports wing to make a comparison to the one on aerodyne.

this reminds me of the wings on a 240... but if only it was a LITTLE higher... then id like it...

the one at aerodyne seems to be a clone...but still good... it has only one flap and it isnt carbon fiber or aluminum which means ... CHEAPER!!

heres the KnightSports dual flap

I'm not a big fan of wings at all.. I don't know about you guys.. Some are tasteful.. but theres nothing I'd ever want to put on my RX7.

And the irony is almost hilarious, because we are actually driving RWD cars!

I'll agree with fingers when he shows the stock wing..

umm.... the one at aerodyne is an authentic Rotary Run Racing spoiler. Its not a clone, and I highly doubt its cheaper. it still has to come from japan.

This one is a Racing Beat wing, a friend of mine has it, it's nice. A little more noticable than the stock, but doesn't cross over into rice territory.

Personally I don't think a spoiler can be "rice." People throw that term around too much now. Rice is rice. Rice is doing **** that doesn't do anything to your car, trying to make your car "look" fast. If your car is fast you really can't be rice. Anyways, the only spoiler that is even "ricey" would be the aluminum ones IMO.

hey i found this pretty kool looking carbon fiber spoiler..it sits about 4 inches high and has wide mounting brackets...
since i couldnt find a good view/angle of the FC...i drew it...

here is the original
but its $472....but it looks pimp

i also saw this other one on an integtra that look attractive...
go to http://www.digitalracer.com/catalog/...ist.asp?cid=33
to see a whole list of carbon and aluminum wings..
i gots a question about the wings with metal supports... do they come assembled??
