Great News!

For those of you who have recognzied my posts, I've been looking for a 10AE for the past four months. Well, today my dad put a deposit on a 10AE in Kansas. It has 12k miles on the body and engine (rich old guy and his weekend car) and is virtually flawless. Today is by far the happiest day of my life. I'll post more pictures when I actually bring it home. It's going to be a long and anticipating drive out to Kansas to pick it up! But wow, it's going to feel so good driving it home!

uh oh, how long has that bra been on it? Was it kept outside? Your going to have to put some elbow grease into it to make that paint look good again.
Otherwise the car looks great, I hope you enjoy it!

Yeah, when I first bought my GXL, it had a bra on it and dirt and moisture will sit there and dull the paint. Takes a little effort but you'll be able to get it to where its not a two tone paint fade. Awesome car though, congrats

Holy crap! 12K original miles?! Wow, and I thought the guy who showed up in his '88 T2 with 28K miles at the meet had a pristine car...

It has never seen a drop of rain, and the guy says after every time he drove it he washed it and waxed it. price - $7000.

A find at 12K? I didn't think that was possible. You have scored an amazing Investment.
