Question GP Super Angle Kit on S4 Non-PS Rack?

Alright, where to begin. I have an S4 87' TII and swapped in a Non-Power Steering Rack and Pinion that I picked up from someone. I've found that the S4 Non-PS racks have a different thread size on the right tie rod, why only this paticular rack I do not know. Anyways with this in mind I bought the GP Sports Super Angle Kit (really awsome) and I'm left with the problem of either making my own spacer to fit the rack or get something that would convert the threads on the spacer that go into the rack and just leave the other side alone so I can use the same tie rod on both sides. The only problem I have is finding something that will convert an M14-1.5 to an M20-1.5 (I'm not sure it the second size is right) and I really don't feel like making my own spacer because I don't have the taps or metal so it would be pretty pricey. Now I have checked the local hardware stores but they don't have too much metric stuff so I looking for some suggestions on what I could do or where I could go?

Alright guys I have found a great way to do this. Now what I did was took the M20 tie rod (the bigger tie rod) and drilled a hole through the tie rod to rack thread and tapped it with the M14 1.5 thread. Then cut it off right after the hex space for the wrench. Then I could just screw the new threads onto the spacer and it bolted right in. So there you have it, just make sure to use a drill press and start with a smaller bit and work your way up. Also do not forget to remove the set screw for the tie rod other wise you'll mess up your threads and use plenty of lock tight.
