s4 NA running 0 degree timing split under 2000 rpm?

s4 NA running 0 degree timing split under 2000 rpm?

I searched and search and can't find any explanation for why the timing split is still 0 degrees when the car idles. I don't have an aftermarket ecu so any ideas or suggestions?
