Question ????Governor Cutoff Chip????

Does anybody know of a "Governor Cutoff Chip"? This questions if for both Turbo and NA. I would like to know if one does exist and what I can do to get rid of it.

On the other hand, if its all BS, please let me know. Thanks in advance for any answers.

as far as I know, there isnt a speed govenor or any RX-7's in the US. The only govenor I know of is the rev limiter.

American market RX-7's have no speed governor. That's why there is no chip to remove it. You don't even need a chip for the governed Japanese cars, you just pull a little do-dad out of the back of the gauge cluster.
