k few annoying **** i gotta do to pass md inspection. my md registeration expires this month... neways, gotta put my stock rims on in the back, front wheel bearing is a lil loose, etc.
my question is my windshield wiper only works in 1 speed. the normal... intermitten or fast... how do i fix this? thanx

Uh what inspection? If it's already registered in your name, MD doesn't do vehicle inspections. Only safety inspection MD does is when you first buy and register a car in the state. Only test we have to do in MD is an emissions test every 2 years.
Pass the emissions test, pay your renewal fee and they send you new registration stickers.

Hey I'm new in Rockville, MD. If you see a blue 91 NA with what it used to be silver stripes and a very-very bad paint.....say hi!!

BTW - I'm in inspection process too
