Got some respect for our 2nd gens from the "Ghetto Boyz"

today i was comin home from work, i saw a small toyota corolla, i guess thats what it was lol, they had literally flooded it in a puddle of water down the street. i pull up and ask them what happened and they said they went through the puddle at like 30mph, ummmm duh lol, but anyways i asked them if they would like me to pull them somewhere, they give me a look like . then they asked what i was gonna pul them in, i told them, this car right here, "what is it," mazda rx-7, they look at the gauges and this one guy goes, holy **** dood that speedo has 150mph on it and the tach goes to 8,000 this thing can haul some ***, i just chuckle a little, then they go "it got a v-8??," nope 1.3litre rotary, another look and they again ask what it is, mazda rx-7, then i tell them ill be back to see if they needed help, but i didnt go back lol, was funny as hell i thought

reminds me of the time a guy that i met who had a 91 celica convert auto wanted to look at my car. the reaction he gave me when he saw a 9000 rpm tach and 160 mph speedo..he offered to race me..i told him i would save him the embarassment. but instead i took him for a ride in it, he was impressed needless to say.
