ok, so here's the scoop. I traded my 88 turbo, which had a blown engine, for this 89 turbo, which is a runner. no it wasn't a straight trade, I had to front him $2500 for the difference. I did pick this up through a dealer and he didn't know much history on the car other then he bought it off some japanese guy that auto crossed it. now the car is suppose to have a small crack in one of the apex seals, and it does idle kinda rough but I checked the compresion and it was around 115 on one rotor and 100 on the other one. the dealer guy did tell me it had a chip in the ecu, if this is true, I think the car is just running really rich. I can tell the japanese guy had alot trick gauges and controllers due to the sensors he left under the hood and under the dash. he must of been running a higher boost and it was calling for more gas so he chipped the ecu.

this is a list of stuff that the car came with when I bought it.
- hks 4-way adj. sup. in the front
- trust sup. in the rear
- some type of lowering springs,
there's no writing on them so I don't know, it's dropped about 1 inch.
- down pipe and mid pipe with apex single catback,
I took the apex off and put my greddy SP on, I like the dual look much better
- cusco front strut bar
- apex intake
- apex bov
- tein camber plates
- chipped ecu?

I've added a boost gauge, an apex Super afc, put new tires on it, replaced most of the broken plastic and done alot of little stuff to clean the car up. I am so happy that I finally have turbo that runs, it brings a smile to face every time I look at it.
