looks like the FD ebay manifold, but don't worry it will be fine. BUT have you checked your clearance for the LIM? you may need a spacer.

im building the car from the ground up, so its not really an upgrade per say. Im going to run a 4" single exit turbo back exhaust, custom front mount, most likely a KG parts fuel system with 1000cc/1600cc injectors, Alky injection, and a haltech setup. Im a long way from finishing, there are many other supporting mods i would do, The only reason I jumped on the turbo is because i got it for so cheap. otherwise i would have just done a standard T2 swap and upgraded from there.

I don't think stock ports will do **** with that turbo...

You probably want at the least a half-bridge on the secondaries...

im gonna full bridge. i just dont want to tear down a perfectly good engine :o it would make sense though. instead of potentially ruining a housing if it were to blow. depends on my budget, and if i sell my motorcycle.

very nice, i'm curious to know how that manifold turns out. I'm interested in it just because they are cheap but I really don't like SSAC stuf. I had a ssac mani for my old stock turbo and I warped the flange and cracked it. The warp was bad, like the flange had over .065 variance across the sealing surface. But I've heard that the FD mani's are ok

the flanges on the manifold are 1/2 inch thick, its going to take allot to warp it. I hope

BTW, you will need a full BP. That is unless you like getting 4psi at 6k. I switched to Full BP for this one

I had the "newer" style mani when I had it. The flanges were like a half inch thick and they still warped like crazy. Just be careful with it

Probably not the best idea. You'll never make boost, and if you do blow the engine you could damage the turbine with apex seal chunks...

yeah, what makes the most sense, is doing a tear down, bridgeport, rebuild. before i damage a housing or such.

what doesn't make sense is running that turbo on a stock port. I run this turbo on my full bridge and it still shows signs of lag...but, to each his own..enjoy.
