Got more questions on my fuel problem......

Well everyone, I got angry and stopped tryin to fix my car for a few days. Today my friend came over to help me try and get it running.

Well, i unplugged the fuel pump connection at the strut tower location, and hooked up a volt tester at that spot. (meaning no power going to fuel pump)
It read 12volts...ok, well thats good

Then, i plugged back in the connector at the strut tower and I unplugged it from the fuel pump. (Still no power at the pump though, just checking to see if power is getting to it)
Hooked up the meter to see if it was getting 12 volts... and, it wasnt.. it was only getting 2volts.

I find this extremely weird because you would think that it would be getting 12 volts because its just wires with nothing else in between.

Im stumped... i hooked up power and a ground straight to the fuel pump and tryed starting the car, and it still wouldnt start. my pump IS good. Its just not starting.

tomorrow im going to swap out injectors because maybe my injectors are stuck shut???

i attached this picture so you guys know what i mean.

Did you pull the fuel line at the pr and jump the yellow connector with the key in the ign. location?

Also have to remember that the pump wiring part of the harness has different wiring colors than the chassis part, for instance, the blue power wire at the harness side of the plug is not the same circuit as the blue wire on the pump side...

How do you know your pump is good? Can you hear it running? Only 2 volts, that sounds like something is loading it down.
