got compression fuel and spark but no start

ok. cars a s4 t2 swapped vert. I had this swap running last fall in my previous car.... (all emissions removed, running with rtek 2.1) i have rtek set at stock map, with 550s.... I have compression, spark, and fuel. car will run on fluid, but as soon as the fluids gone it dies. I have already gone through grounds, and wiring testing all the normal stuff, relays, voltage, etc.. I have watched the plugs spark, I have wired the fuel pump directly to a battery (I hear it come on while cranking, but wanted to be sure) and fuel pressures at 45, lines are on correctly too, I have watched the fuel injectors pulse a light while cranking, injectors are new/rebuilt, but have tried different injectors with no change. I can smell the fuel on plugs/exhaust so I know there opening. but i wouldn't say it's flooding... I hear it puff normal while cranking by hand, I have not touched the cas, so timing is still where it was at last fall.... I have tried/checked just about everything I could think of/read/told to try. I am at a loss. any suggestions would be appreciated.

also forgot I have gone over vacuum lines and all lines are new, and zip tied on, or blocked off. so I don't think it'd be a vac leak...

Where did you measure the fuel pressure at?

It should be easy to visually check the CAS to see if it's set close to spec.

yea but after taking the plugs out, turning the motor w/o them in, and then changing the plugs, with dry clean ones, it should be cleared out and want to start which it doesnt, unless there's fluid in it.... they aren't coming out soaked, I'm saying you can smell fuel in it, like its getting inside, and injectors are opening.

I'm going to check the cas today like satch said.

What do you mean "when there's fluid in it?"

I would have said the CAS is clocked wrong since you do have spark, but you say you haven't messed with it since it was running last time.

Figured it out...... im a moron is the answer... i was thinking about it all day today at work, and i thought, the only "wiring mod" i made was splicing in resistors for the injectors. so i got home and compared the pin out, and looked at the wires and noticed i had crossed 2. i had a primary going to a secondary... so that was the answer... i uncrossed the 2, turned the key and started right up no problem....
