got an 91 n/a s5 is looking 2 increase horse?
i have a 91 s5 n/a with about 140k on tha engine i want 2 go all motor looking for 200 hp at tha rears. I was looking 2 rebuild and port n polish! Any other ideas like with fuel injection or short ram intakes?

You'll need to do some serious work to make 200 rwhp naturally aspirated. Full bridge port is a good start, but if you do that you'll need a way to control the fuel and timing (most likely a full standalone ECU). There's an N/A Performance section on this site, may want to check it out.

Um, the rotary doesn't have a head or valves so there is not really such a thing as a P&P.
What you are looking for is porting. Problem with this is that to get 200RWHP you will have a race only car that is not streetable at all, idles horrible, gets 5mpg and overall is for race only and even then not that fast. Not to mention spending many times the $$$$ on making 200RWHP NA then if you just put a turbo on it. Then you could get twise the power for less $$$.
What is the reason for wanting to stay NA? what will the car be used for?
