sorry for asking so many questions but what would br the difference if i use headers or factory manifold. am getting my manifold from a friend that only works with racing rotaries and he says the headers hes selling me are for racing and he whants $100 buck but they are used.

Keeping the stock manifold works better for sound, headers for performance. You seem more interested in the noise, so there's no need to spend the extra money on the headers. If you want them, then get them...ultimately, it's your car.

so what would be the outcome of me getting the headers, intake, running single 2.5inch exhaust with no cats just straight trough with a muffler of some sort? will it sound like a rotary, will it be real loud, will it shoot flames, will it faster or slower? thnxs

Honestly to me it sounds like a retarded idea. Just go buy a used Bonez downpipe/Highflo cat, then get a CS cat-back or if you want to be even CHEAPER, a SSAC cat-back. I guess that'll run you $300 bucks and you'll be loud.

I don't recommend it though, you sound like a ricer.
