Sorry i dont know how in english

But i dont know if it is enought anyway.

Fuel flowing out of an open pipe won't tell you anything. You need to measure the pressure between the filter and the rail.

umm... strange, i thought you would have to have a fuel pressure regulaor, and inline fuel pressure guage to accurately tell anything. Yes... thats coming out like pouring into a glass.... but what else is it supposed to do? Theres no restriction to up the pressure (restriction coming from fuel pressure regulator and fuel injectors.

but i could be wrong.

After seeing the video, man things don't look good. I would check to see if any of the pressure line is kinked or bent anywhere... usually when a pump is turned on you should be able to water your neighbors flowers from across the street when things function properly. Only on certain models (precidia) where you have to crank to get pressure.
Hope this helps!!

My french buddy kinda touched on it there: There's no way from looking at that vid to tell if fuel pressure is sufficient.

That's actually a lot of gasoline. Find a cc/min spec on your pump & retest it. Withouth a regulator & running engine, nm pressure. Ya need to ensure Volume is sufficient.

j.p.

Might want to make sure your fuel filter isn't clogged up.

well i messed with the blue and red wires and it didnt make a difference in what combination they were in because the pump turned on either way.
