good deal on this t2?

I haven't looked at it yet but here is the ad:

88 MAZDA RX7 turbo coupe. 84K mi. Grady cat back exh, fuel cut-off, down pipe, Centerforce dual friction clutch, upgraded fuel pump injectors, upgraded flywhl, Blitz blow-out valve, TO3 turbo, roll bar, 2-1/2" gauges, short shifter, 16" custom whls w/new tires, racing ported & polished housings for . No in it. Blk. $3500;

Is t03 stock?

Especially considering they upped the fuel instead of just throwing full exhaust and intake and runnin the **** out of it.
