looks like a nice car
rebuilt engine and stuff and only 1500?

They are not hard to maintain but since it's an old car there will be stuff that breaks

Also you have to perform the usual stuff on time such as oil change, coolant flush etc...

Yeah in my opinion its a great deal.

Maintenance is just like any other car, just make sure to change your oil every 2500-3000 miles. But baby em anyways, they're beatiful cars.

Hard to maintain? In my opinion its not honestly, my 96 Neon was worse then my 88 SE (The TII hasn't been driven more then a handful of times, need a turbo rebuild).

And my 88SE is my summer car, when snow leaves I take it out, I don't drive it in the winter because Minnesota winters tend to suck, plus I live in bumfucked Egypt, so I drive a Prelude in the winter (Duel carbs baby). But I know alot of guys drive them in the winter though. But my 88 made 70 miles a day on commute to school when I purchased it without any problems.

I hope that helped.

It doesn't seal quite as well as the 2MM, but don't worry about it. It's FAR from a deal breaker.

In my opinion I think the guy is trying to rip someone off, I have a feeling that car doesnt exist and is trying to get soemone to send him cash VIA express or western Union and nothing happens after that.

That deal is just a little way too good to be true

looks good, and as far as the whole maintenance thing goes, you need but only ask your self one question, is it a turbo?

and the answer is no, so buy it little buddy. plus, street ported with atkins 3mm's, sounds good to me, hell, im paying 1300 just for a new tII motor, and thats with 55,000 miles already on it. and if he does rip you off, we'll have a "rx-7 club meet" in texas and track his *** down.

Im calling BS on this one. Hes posting on an AE86 forum. It seems to me like he is trying to sucker in these young, initial-d drifting fans. Why not come and sell it on an RX-7 forum to people who really understand these cars. Most those Hachi Roku guys arent going to know what to ask this guy. Its sad but Ive seen quite a few of these guys get ripped off buy buying cars they think they understand because they watch some anime and buy some Best Motoring videos. Im not saying its not ligit, but any time someone starts off their add with a reason why they are selling so cheap, it makes me wonder. But then again, he DOES have an RE Amemiya avatar.
