going from SE N/A to turbo and switching brakes...

I have an 88 SE and im swapping in an S4 T2 setup. I understand whats needed for a single to four piston brake swap, but I'm also switching the engine to a turbo (S4 car and S4 engine). The hubs and calipers I'm getting from a wrecked S4 vert. Do I need to swap the booster and MC with a turbo version too? Or can I just leave the NA setup there?

When I swapped to 4-piston calipers I left the booster/MC alone and the brakes are fine.
I believe the turbo MC has a slightly larger bore and I was going to replace mine if necessary, but my NA MC was brand new and I didn't want to chuck it if I didn't have to.
