Ok ..Plug Wires..the Leading Coil is the Front Coil.by the Headlight..the Trailing Coil is the One by the Firewall..The Leading Plug Wires: you CAN mix them up..it Will NOT effect the car..as long as they are on the BOTTOM Spark plugs..so Put a Spark plug Wire ON Each spark plug,Running from the LEADING coil..NOW,Trailing Coil Wires: they are SPECIFIC.you put the One Closest to the FRONT of the car to the FRONT Top Spark Plug(T1..it should also Be Marked ON the engine and ON the top of the Coil)...the Other Plug wire From the Trailing Coil(T2) you obviously Put to the Remaing Plug, which is the TOP Rear Spark plug....ALSO,check your Wires GOING to the AFM(the wires going to the Air Box,or Air Filter thingie.)..if that Big 12 pin Connection is OFF then the car will start and die.

Periods are your friend.

Hmm, cuts out above 4k rpm, spark plugs temporarily fixed it for a week, now car starts and dies.

The secondary ports just add power, they are 100% non-essential. The secondary fuel injectors kick in at 3800rpm to provide the extra fuel you need. See if the problem always occurs at exactly the same rpm, that might tell you if it's the secondary injectors. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will give you more help.
