funky s5 misfire question

for starters i have a 90s5 n/a. it has had the air pump and emissions removed(not by me) and an auto-5sp conversion(done by me). when i start the car the rpm shoots up to 2500-3000 rpm (accelerated warm-up) during this condition both rotors fire just fine. but when the car drops down to idle which is erratic at best. if it idles at all.
i don't get combustion out of rotor1 i get spark at both leading and trailing coils, but if i unplug both plug wires while running the idle is unaffected however if i unplug the wires for rotor 2 the engine dies?

this tells me that my primary injector isn't opening and that my secondary is, and that is why I'm only getting combustion under accelerated warm up.

what do you think could be my problem,or am i right?

do you check for spark at the spark plug wire boot (at the engine side?)

no i havent but like i said when over 2500 rpm if i pull the wire out at the coil side the engine lugs and starts missing if i do it at idle on either or both coils it has no effect so i don't think that i need to pull it out spark plug side, the whole primary secondary injector thing has got me a little tripped up right now. its that i get combustion at 2500+ rpm and not below on my rotor1
