Going 50 series 15s... speedo adjustment?

How far off will the speedometer read if I switch from factory sized 205-50-15 vert heels to a 205-50-15? Will it read about 5 MPH high? If so how can I adjust this if at all possible?

I need to adjust the odometer and tripometer as well.

Speedo error is a percentage, not a fixed number. No real way to fix it other than to swap the speedo gear in the transmission, but I don't know if there are any that are appropriate.
