Getting ready to build my car into a Turbo machine...

And I need some advice. I'm swapping a TII engine into my '86 this winter, and I need to know what performance products to use. I'm on a budget of about $3000 for JUST PERFORMANCE PARTS. I want to know what's reliable, what will give the biggest gains, what works well together, etc. You guys build these things, so I'm feeding off your experience...

Full exhaust and intake: up to $900.
Front mount IC: $1200 for Greddy, less for home-made
Fuel management: $300-400 for a used F-CON(I can get you one), $350 for a SAFC, Haltech E6K or Wolf 3D $1200-1400.

You can also get your turbo upgraded by Turbonetics for about $600. If you do that with all of the other stuff you should be able to hit over 300 HP at the flywheel.

If you go with a turbo upgrade you'll need bigger fuel injectors and a better fuel pump.
