Gear Lube

Ok so i changed clutch and flywheel and my gear lube while i was at it
I added Mobile 1 synthetic 75-90 gear lube
now 1st to second and second to 3rd and 4th to 3rd grind alot more and alot worse then ever before

my question is what should i put in instead of the mobile 1 to tone down the grinding as much as possible?? price doesnt matter i just wanna be able to have fun with my car again!!!!
