Hmmm...just going off the odd translation maybe he's referring to GC camber plates as being complete rice? I dunno, just a guess.

Velveteen rice though, that's high quality rice .

OK let me clarify what he meant

I post on all rotary boards, including the ones from PR (under the same ID), so he is saying that I am like the white rice....EVERY WHERE

You all know we puertoricans eat white rice on a daily basis
