GC camber /castor plate strut travel

I used to own a 93 sentra se-r, the GC camber /castor plates lowered the car without sacrificing strut travel. Is it the same for teh rx7? Does any camber plate in the market do this? Recomendations?

As far as I know, the FC3s GC\AWR "CAMBER & CASTER" plates, requires the use of 2.5 springs, AKA adjustable ones. They also don't accept the typical OEM strut shaft diameter\size.

Don't ask me how I know

I had a set of Cusco camber plates that worked with the factory spring. I did not use them very long before replacing the whole suspension with Stance.
