Gauge suggestions

The interior is nearly fully gutted on my TII and the exterior is in many pieces as well, so the restoration is progressing quite nicely. See here if you please for information on that project.

Anyhow, when all is said and done, I will have another single DIN stereo receiver and I'd like to do 3 gauges in a DIN panel right below like I did on my previous RX-7. The problem is, for whatever reason, I can't seem to make up my mind on what three gauges I'd like to put there. I'd prefer to avoid redundancies in the stock gauge cluster - so no boost, water temperature or oil pressure gauges. The car will be mild to moderately modded power wise - exhaust, upgraded TMIC, etc - nothing over the top as I plan on staying with the stock turbo.

One gauge I'm pretty certain of is oil temperature, so that leaves two openings. EGT? Voltmeter? Fuel Pressure? Intake air temperature? A/F? Ammeter?

Your thoughts are appreciated.

i wouldnt trust an engine with the stock sensors and gauges. i would get water temp, oil pressure and a/f. you might be able to get away with the stock boost gauge on stock/low boost.
