Question Gauge Cluster Question

I found a gauge cluster for my 91 coupe (I need it because I did the 5 speed swap and now need one from a manual)......
Anyway the only thing is the clear plastic that protects the gauges is broken and the guy removed it.
My question is can I take my (Auto gauge cluster) and swap my clear plastic to the new manual one? Does it just clip on or glue sealed?

Thanks

Nick
