Gauge cluster plans ... you'll all envy me :-)
I'm going to take the stock gauge cluster to a guy who's a stud at working with fiberglass. He's going to cut it up and make it into something like this
But also put the mickey mouse ears on top kinda centered. So it will have the 2 inside the cluster, and 2 on top. They'll all be Defi gauges with the playback feature - Boost, EGT, Fuel Pressure, and a small Tach. That way when I replay I can see what everything was doing in relation to rpm.
I also relocated my logicon to the bottom of the center concole. So I'll mount the Profec, A/F meter, and handheld the Wolf in the center console.
I mainly want something trick looking without any loose wires showing. Count on tons of pics when it's done.

If you put them in the idiot gauge spot, they're not in your line of sight ... all of my gauges will be right together and you won't have to turn your head to see them.

I like your idea of having gages fiberglassed in the stock corners.
Planning a similar route, but importing stuff from Japan.
Corner dash pod - right side
Mickey mouse pod - left side
I'm hoping the mickey mouse gagues don't stick up too much.
This way I don't use up existing din or logicon locations and can avoid those tacky piller mount pods. (ie the HUGE @$$ pillar mount boost gauges on the V-TECH wannabees).
