Gauge Cluster and Logicon lights inop

Alrighty... so earlier I posted that my car is laboring under start. Turns out my battery is completely dead now, so that ends that debate. However, now the lights on my gauge cluster and logicon are gone. My idiot light cluster works after the car has been running for a bit, and I don't have my CD player on.

Fuse gone, or just the battery is too dead to run them?

Charge the battery and provide a follow-up.
