Gasket material for ACV block-off plate?

I just removed my ACV and put a block off plate on there, but I don't think the gasket making goo I'm using is up to snuff. When my engine warms up (driving for 5-10 mins) my A/F ratio goes to lean and stays there. I'm thinking the gasket maker is melting and allowing some mixing under the plate, it's supposed to be high temp, but I guess not high-temp enough.

Any recomendations for what to use? and I'd like to avoid buying a Mazda gasket.

I used simple Silicone RTV Sealant with absolutely no problems. It's clear too which doesn't allow the excess to be that visible giving a non neat appearance.
