I buy sheets of Exhaust gasket material and Make them myself.Other than That you can try Doubling them up.

I make my own gaskets as well. Not sure where to buy the auxilary port gasket from the cat itself but, why does it keep failing?
Stock cats? How stock/non-stock is your exaust system?

The Mazda gaskets are awesome.

The real problem is that the flanges are warped or the cats are clogged. Or both.

Sounds like an aftermarket converter with the flanges bent on the converter. Maybe double up on the stock gasket.........still, it's a warped flange on the converter. The more gasket material you insert, the more the EARS will bend when you crank down on the nuts. Oh well.
