gas in oil

i have gas in my oil, motor is brand new, it sat over winter at my buddies house he said he only started it three or four times all winter, and today i checked the oil and it smells like gas, it does smoke, and there is nothing in the coolant, what does this usually mean??

It is recommended that you change your oil after an engine has been flooded.
