Hmm, I dunno...I remember Russ stating that it kicked out at 3500, but I don't think I've ever tried to see if it does it on my car...

How do you like this the freakin' heat here, man?

rebuilt (2,000 km's) huge streetport turbo motor getting about 300-350km on a tank...depending on how hard i drive

i have no idea how many miles/gallon that is...

$48 is a full tank for me, and i get that many km's...

i heard that getting microtech, you save the same amount of money on gas in the 1st year?

I really don't have any real numbers, but I got a real object lesson about the revs this last week-end. Drove to Calgary and back. Trip down was 438km and 63L (A little less than a tank and a half) of gas running about 130km/h-135km/h. I have undersized tires, so the speedo said closer to 150-160km/h putting me somewhere in the 3.5k rpm range. On the trip back, I was travelling in covoy at the speed limit - 110km/h - revving closer to 2.5k rpm. I only used 22L (a little less than 1/2 a tank)

I suppose it would be about that range, seeing as how I'm past where the 5/6 ports open, but when the guy before me had the engine rebuilt, he took the valves out completely, so they were open all the time. Still used 3 times the fuel for a gain of only about 25km/h. I sure won't be speeding that much anymore!

Oh god do I hate it! Once I get a car we need to get together, you can show me some of the better aspects of electrical work!

Seriously, there have been about 10,001 mileage topics in the past. Please, just search for "mileage". We've covered this again and again and again...Nothing new ever comes out of it.
