Normal is about 24 MPG. Have you checked to see if your convertor is plugged up or if the intake filter is dirty?

air filter
fuel filter.

Correct Plugs......i.e. stock NGK's.

how many miles....if more than 100k then it wouldn't kill you to clean the injectors... that means removing them.

I also added a jacobs pro-pak, smoothed out the idle and got me from 21 -25 mpg on the HWy on my T-II.

Cat back = no power gains
intake = no power gains
DP = slight power
plugs wires same thing

replaced the main cat with Bonez unit

and wow, thing came alive. So that's yet another possibility.

I just calculated mine and I'm getting about 18 MPG on my AE with 17k original miles. New fuel filter in the beginning of April. This an ok MPG for regular city driving?

Yes, normal MPG is about 18 around town, and 24 or so on the freeway.

I am amazed by my car's MPG at this round. I got almost 200 miles with the gas reading slightly less than the half mark. that is about 60% highway, 40% city driving. don't know why. I got about 280 miles for a full tank last time.

O2, cat are the things need to check. TPS as well.

1200 mile roadtrip in three days. this is two weeks after a 5spd swap. Stock injectors, no cat, ghetto exhaust

and that 100ish included some 137 for about 10ish miles

PS. Seriously though I am always in awe of my cousins bone stock 94 Accord that gets like 30+ mpg, not to mention it hold idle!!! Holy ****! It is always so amazing being in a normally functioning family car after driving your '7. But you then you remember why you bought it when you punch it through a corner .
