Gas Leak

'89 NA.

Over the weekend I had the UIM off to replace an OMP line. After putting it all back together it started up fine but there is gas leaking from what appears to be the fuel rail and the secondary injectors.

If the little o-rings at the top of the injectors are bad (they looked terrible and now realize I should've replaced them) would that be enough to cause the gas to be leaking from that point?

Thanks

Any time you pull a fuel rail, you need to have spare Injector O-rings.
You rarely can get away without replacing them.

I just replaced the o-rings on those injectors.

No more leaks and now its purring like a kitten again.

Did you lube those rings before pressing the injectors back in the rail ?
I had the same kind of trouble the first time I took off the rails... at first I did not lube the o-rings and when I putted it back, it stucked somehow and crushed them.
I had then to take it off again and did it properly ( Changed the 0-rings AND grommets and lubed it well with a bit of gas)
Problem was then solved.
