GAH! WAYYYY too much fuel!!!

I have NO idea whats going on now.

I jsut replaced the rad in my car to try and aid in a cooling problem ive been having.

I go to start the car after its all in. I turn on my fuel pump (with the cut off switch I have installed) and it doesnt fire. Im ponder if it might be flooded. I turn OFF the fuel pump with the switch and start to crank it. it cranks, and then fires right up after it leans a bit. I sit and wait for the fuel to be combusted out so I can turn the fuel pump ON, but it never dies. My car is staying runniing with the fuel pump switch turned to OFF!!! Not only is it running, but its running VERY rich. its puffing out big clouds of gas smelling smoke.

WHAT THE HECK is going on!?!?!?? help me guys!

if the fuel pump is still on when the switch is off you have issues not relating to the radiator...id replace the toggle switch maybe it went out
