ok so the guy i bought my 88gxl was a complete fucktard the radio wires were gutted so bad that i couldnt install my radio, thats how jacked up the wires are, well anyways i blew a whole bunch of fuses but didnt know till i went to start the car and it wouldnt turn, so i replaced all the fuses and the car wont turn over, the only thing you can hear is the belts spinning, some kid told me that it sounds like i flooded out the engine, but im not sure

does anyone have a clue or an opinion of whats going on here? or how to fix it?
ps its for sale 600 dollars only 63,000 on the original motor

 

if i lived in NY i'd buy it
